For ongoing coaching packages, plotting your novel, and discovering and planning your story submissions are due Mondays by 11:59pm EST. For all others, submissions are due within one week of payment receipt.
Please understand that coaching packages and services are non-refundable. All payments are due upfront through invoice from Wave Payments. A manuscript evaluation requires all up front, or in specific situations half to be paid up front and the other half upon completion, but before you receive my notes.
